This report gives you all you need to know about what ICD-9 codes your Providers are billing and what the totals fees are by ICD-9 Code and the Providers who billed . It also shows what insurance company they were charged to. Filters are Fee Slip Month and Year, Date of Service Month and Year, Location, Insurance and Provider.

The first worksheet groups the ICD-9 codes by Type of Service and when extended you will get the Net Fees by code, the % of fees each code represents, the Average Fee, the number of units charged by ICD-9 code and the $ of units to the total.
