#451 - Count Patient Encounters for Practice Metrics and Medicaid/Medicare EHR Incentives

While OfficeMate provides the Medicare report to calculate encounters, it does not have one for Medicaid. This report allows you to get the total number of patient encounters vs. the Medicaid Encounters and lets you check for duplicate encounters for the same patient. Clients have stated that without this eyeReport, the calculation could not have been done to get Medicaid EHR incentives. Also use this eyeReport to get your patient encounters practice metrics.

Use this report to find:

  1. 1. The number of fee slips recorded during the period for all patients and then for Medicaid/Medicare only.
  2. 2. The count for the number of fee slips that were created beyond one for each patient to deduct from the count of fee slips.
  3. 3. Enter the amounts and the percent is calculated.
