Percent of Payments that Staff is Collecting from Patient at Time of Visit

Have you ever wondered what percent of a patient's portion of a fee slip is collected on the visit date? Do you want to know how one staff member compares in the initial collection with others? Are you curious how the collections on the initial visit compare by location?

If you answered yes to any of the questions, this report is for you. This report lists the fee slip details with the patient amount due and matches the payment on that initial visit with the patient charge. It then gives the amount collected and the % collected. Other reports compare the percent collected by Location and by those who recorded the fee slip.

Recorded by % Collected at time of Patient Visit

This report shows by Month, Day or year the patient amount due and the amount paid at the time of the initial visit. It also reports the % collected. With the filters you can refine the amounts by location, recorded by, etc. When the + is clicked the full detail of the fee slip is listed. Use this report to know by period, what amount is collected and research variances by month or staff why the %'s decline.
