This report is used in conjunction with the 400 - Product Purchasing Report to help order frames based on practice demographics.

Want a listing of patients by Occupation, Birthdate, Ethnicity, In Collection, who does not get a statement, Age, etc.? This report is the one you need. The reports in this workbook list ALL the information in the patient demographic record including:

  • Patient name and address
  • All phone numbers
  • Chart Number
  • Age
  • Email Address
  • Last Office Visit Date
  • Birthdate
  • Last Exam Date
  • Date Added
  • Financial Status (Cash Only, In Collection, Add Finance Charge, Send Statement, In Collection)

You can also list your patient base by age ranges sex, occupations, Ethnicity by Sex, occupation by sex, etc. These reports are valuable so you know your patient base, but it is also valuable when ordering frames to me the needs of the patient demographics.

This report lets you filter on Location, Assigned Provider, Sex, Occupation, Ethnicity, Source and/or Employer. Who are your IBM patients, how many are construction workers, how many came from a specific newspaper ad?
