This is the report to give you the flexibility you need when auditing adjustments made to the patient and insurance ledger balances or an easy way to see all of the adjustments made during a period! Do you want an easy way to see the adjustment totals grouped together and made during a period? Do you want to easily see who recorded the adjustments? Do you want to compare adjustments by Locations? Do you want to know how many fee flips are being voided and who is voiding them? This is the report that gives you the flexibility to see adjustments combined, by recorded by, by location, by patient by date and graphed.

1. Patient Ledger Adjustments - By Adjustment Type

This report lists all adjustment types made to a patient's ledger. Use the filters to select the dates to include. When the Types are expanded all details of the adjustment are listed. Audit the adjustments made to patient and insurance balances by the Adjustment Date, the computer date when the adjustment was made (which may be different than the Adjustment Posting Date) or the original Fee Slip Month and Year.
